A post-launch control surface for Pons fee accrual, automatic routing, strategy positions, keeper health and exits. Until public execution is enabled, it previews either the valid launch draft saved in this browser or a clearly labeled reference plan.
One policy. No protocol hopping.
This is the exact operating sequence PROG would execute. Users do not manually claim Pons fees, visit a DEX, balance the pair, mint an NFT, or allocate the remaining reserve.

Runtime hash, owner and operator equal the manifest. - 02 · deploy reserve
- Deploy and pause the USDG reserve with a 1-strategy DeFi portfolio and a 2-asset custom market basket.
Every adapter, strategy weight, asset weight, cap and runtime lock equals the manifest. - 03 · configure routes
- Allowlist typed treasury destinations, settlement limits and epoch rules while every strategy is paused.
No arbitrary destination or calldata executor is enabled. - 04 · launch pons
- Launch the Pons market with the deployed PonsFeeTreasury as creatorFeeRecipient.
Read back the recipient from the canonical Pons factory/escrow before accepting launch completion. - 05 · prove claim
- Execute a bounded canary claim and route it according to nativeFeeRoutingBps.
Canonical escrow credit decreases exactly; reserve/alliance receipts reconcile; no native residue remains. - 06 · activate
- Unpause admitted strategies after all readbacks and canary assertions pass.

- Escrow credit exceeds the manifest threshold and quote deadline is fresh.: Claim exact native fees, route the alliance share, convert the reserve share to USDG, and allocate under caps.
Failure: The whole transaction reverts; creator fees remain claimable in canonical Pons escrow. - checkpoint
- A strategy checkpoint is due or its risk ratio approaches the configured band.: Call only the strategy's typed checkpoint/harvest function.
Failure: Skip the strategy, alert the Safe, and leave unallocated assets liquid. - health monitor
- Every block/read interval.: Track escrow credit, runtime hashes, oracle freshness, liquidity, LTV, range status and failed jobs.
Failure: Pause automation and surface a project-level incident; never substitute an arbitrary route.
